Callie: Born September 14 under the sign of Virgo, a earth sign, a selfless perfectionist that enjoys giving kisses to everyone she meets! Loves a game of Tug A War, running in any open field, jumping through the waves at the coast as well as a cruise out on the open waters. Butts to sniff is always an objective and she does not discriminate… you’ve been warned! She greets each and every customer with great enthusiasm, and happy to demonstrate the durability of any chosen floor! Come on by and say “Hello” to our girl Callie!!
Steven: Born under the sign of Leo! Come hear his roar of excitement for all the varieties of floors he has to offer! The Roar of his pride of the store, the salespeople and installers he Rules! (Disclaimer… he does this only when Terri, the office manager, allows)! Steven is a two time loser at marriage, but a devoted father to his only daughter who is now married and he anxiously awaits a grandchild! Only son to AmaZing parents, Houston & Dolores, who is active daily in his life! A lifelong citizen of Madison-Mayodan. He enjoys cycling, whitewater kayaking, traveling (both domestically & internationally), hiking, and prefers the mountains over the beach. However, when at the coast you’ll likely find him flying stunt kites. Live music and music festivals equally soothes, as arouses his Lion’s Mane! Let’s Dance! Hula-Hoop anyone? Frisbee? Aficionado of cigars and libations of the spirituous nature. Pack leader of Callie! Most weekends you’ll find him on his rural property along the Mayo River working on any number of projects; target shooting, pitching horseshoes, camping or just listening to water drift by.
Houston
Patriarch of All About Floors!
Houston retired from Weiland Copper products in 2007 and has been an integral component of All About Floors daily operations ever since. He has been married to the love of his life, Dolores, for 58 years! He has one son, Steven, that has made him proud beyond his wildest imagination! He also never misses a chance to brag on his one and only grandchild, Miranda. Ask him his favorite pastime… be prepared for a loooong conversation as he is a true southern conversationalist! One of the most friendliest and humble men you will ever meet!
Brian
Office Manager / IT / Web Department
Brian was brought on to bring All About Floors into the 21rst century. He is one of the newest members of the family and has no prior experience in flooring. However, he is learning the ropes when it comes to the flooring business, but he is much more of a nerd and a tech geek. He has worked on computers since he was a little kid, and the website needed a bit of TLC, amongst other things that needed to be updated around the offices. He recently moved from Miami to Mayodan – don’t ask why. He’s lived his whole life in big cities, and now he’s getting a crash course in country living. Will he survive? Brian went into the job interview thinking he was going to become an installer, but instead he is the head of the web team at All About Floors, and since 2022 – the Office manager.
Merri
Administrative Assistant
While a profile picture could not be ascertained, Merri is instrumental to the administrative side of things. Working closely with Brian, she helps keep him sane and focuses on the overflow of tasks that come up throughout the day.
Guy
Sales Representative
A gentleman and literally a scholar. Based out of our Mayodan store, Guy brings experience in sales and an energetic approach to making your flooring dreams come true. With a keen eye on renovating homes and finding out how to make a home look the way you want it to! With a designer’s mentality, Guy is ready to help in any number of ways!
Richard
Sales Representative
Richard has been an All About Floors family member for 4 years. However, he has been in the flooring business for over 30 years specializing in ceramic tiles. He is a great salesman, based in our Reidsville store. Richard has extensive flooring knowledge and enjoys working with clients that have tile needs! Richard also has a very creative soul, and he’s been a creative dance teacher.
Steve
Installer
Another one we couldn’t get a photo of, but Steve really is one dependable and talented installer. Steve can do it all, from ceramic to carpet, hardwood to vinyl. He loves stand-up comedy, and spending time with his family and friends.
Joe
Installer
Joe has proven time and time again that he is one great installer and we are lucky to have him with us. He and his girlfriend have one son. His son is obsessed with him and they spend as much time together as possible. Joe loves to go four wheeling, and spending time with his family and friends.
Jason
Installer
Jason has been with the All About Floors family as an exemplary installer for under a year. He is a very skilled carpenter, and loves to create. Jason’s favorite time of the year is summer. His hobbies include working on cars, and riding four wheelers. Jason is engaged and has 2 kids.
Bryan

Bryan is an exemplary installer, and is a truly dependable and stand up guy. While somewhat quiet, his work speaks volumes. Definitely a great addition to the All About Floors family.

Ryan has been another wonderful addition to the family. He’s always on time, ready to help, and ready to make your flooring dreams come true.
Bobby
Warehouse Manager
Bobby has been a member of the All About Floors family for eighteen years. His job is looking after the warehouse and making sure the trucks have what they need for installing the customers new floors. Also, not to be overlooked, Bobby is an inventory master!
Bobby has been married to his wife Nancy for 35 years, and lives in Madison. They have three children, six grandkids and two great grandkids. Bobby enjoys Nascar racing, working in the yard, and spending time with family.
Adam
Warehouse Personnel
Adam has been a member of the All About Floors family for under a year. However, Adam previously worked here for 5 years. He has been married to his wife Shannon for over 14 years and they have a beautiful 12 year old daughter named Addison. When he’s not working he loves to spend time with family and friends, kayaking, working in the yard, and sitting by the fire pit.
